Tai Chi for Active Living sessions typically begin: August, October, January, and March.
Tai Chi Under The Sun summer time practices: these will take place in May and June, locations and dates to be determined; contact Tat for specifics.

Beginning Tai Chi: Thursdays 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
Continuing Tai Chi: Tuesdays 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
